Campaign message
“If you live in an urban/corporation area, have income below ₹3 lakh, own land, and do not have a pucca house, you may check PMAY-U 2.0 Beneficiary Led Construction information here.”
This may not be the right option if…
Your family already owns a pucca house anywhere in India.
Annual household income is more than ₹3 lakh for EWS-BLC targeting.
You already received PMAY / government housing benefit in the last 20 years.
You do not live in an urban / eligible municipal area.
You do not have land available for construction.
Your requirement is only a home loan interest subsidy.
Your area falls under rural PMAY-Gramin instead of PMAY-U.
For rural areas: PMAY-Gramin is a separate scheme under the Ministry of Rural Development, not the same as PMAY-U 2.0.
